Sonship Conference 2015 – Session 3 – Believing in the Son 2

I want to list the things we inherit when we believe in the Son and His Sonship. Through believing in the Son and His Sonship our sonship is attained. Through relating to our spiritual fathers here on earth our sonship is realized. Now keep that statement for the next installment.

I have written a list of things we inherit as we believe in The Son and His Sonship. These things are not “rewards” but they are an INHERITANCE. INHERITANCE is passed through Believing in the Son. REWARDS are passed through believing in the Lordship of Jesus.
Gifts, Salvation, Healings, Prosperity are passed as we believe in the Lordship and obey the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

I want to list the things we INHERIT as we believe in the Son and His Sonship. After giving this list I will attempt to explain them quickly.

1. Salvation, Deliverance, Gifts, Prosperity – Lord and His Lordship 2. Love – Son
3. Forgiveness.- Son
4. Fellowship – Son
5. Life – Son
6. Eternal Life – Son
7. Overcoming the world – Son
8. Destroy the works of evil – Son
9. Hath the Father – Son

Now this is not an easy thing to do. As I said I just listened and wrote. I will still research and study what I hear. It is still raw material and I trust God that this will develop with time.

Let’s look at the first point:

1. Salvation, Deliverance, Gifts, Prosperity – Lord and His Lordship

This is what fills the churches.
In Romans 10 verse 9 we Confess the Lordship of Jesus and we believe in His Resurrection and the things above come to pass. We receive all these as Servants from our Master as we believe in His Lordship. In this level we receive Gifts and Rewards from the Lord and Master. These come like rain to whoever God chooses to have Mercy.

But there is INHERITANCE that is stored for SONS. Allow me to say it will take a Son to believe in The Son. The servanthood is good but it is not sufficient to embrace INHERITANCE. Servanthood is good but it will always want to receive WaGES. Servanthood is good but not fit to embrace Sonship. We are therefore stuck at the servant level.

We need the Servanhood to labor in the Kingdom but we need Sonship to Inherit the Kingdom.

2. Love – Son (Inherited by believing in the Son and His Sonship.

Love is our Inheritance and it is very difficult for us to attain because our Servant mind is working very hard for Love. 1 John 3:23-23
And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

Love is a commandment which is very difficult to keep if we do not believe in the Name of the Son. It is not in the contract of the servant to love but they are there to serve.
This is how we have managed our ministries with the “Business is Business” attitude.

1 John 3:1-1
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Only the Sons of God have the ability to Behold the Manner of Love the Father gives them.

There are two kinds of Servants:
There are Servant-Sons and there are Servant-Orphans.

Now the Servant- Sons is our portion as we are both Workers and Heirs in the Kingdom. But the Servant-Orphan spirit is incapable of receiving love.
That is why people will go after Salvation, Deliverance and Gifts and yet find it difficult to pass to the Love test.
When it comes to Salvation, Deliverance, Prosperity and Gifts the Servant-Sons and the Servant-Orphans are hard to separate for they are all serving in the Church.

But when it comes to the Love test this is where we are exposed
For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him will have eternal life. John 3:16 (paraphrased). Let us believe in the Son and the inheritance of Love shall return to us. See you in the next installment.

Shalom
