The nine month pregnancy has come to an end. To those who have traveled
with me in this conference you will know that we are now beginning to bring solutions to our wilderness experience. We have spent 8 sessions laying a foundation and explaining various wilderness scenarios. We have put basic principles that need to be applied in the wilderness. We have removed all the myths that surround our understanding of the wilderness. Now its time to go listen how this session went. Let’s go:
And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness.
God says you will hold a feast unto Him in a place that makes feasts impossible to hold. He says destination does not matter but that which is within you matter most.
There was no need for Moses to enter Canaan for he was filled with better Canaan within him with his God. You say Lord fix my destination first then we can talk.
Fix my wilderness then I will serve you.
Put me through wilderness to Canaan then I will worship you.
No my son, says God. You are spirit you worship me in spirit. Physical destination does change spirit. It is spiritual destination that you don’t want to make me put you in.
Therefore Moses reached Canaan within his spirit and he could hold a feast unto God in wilderness. God did not promise to change the wilderness for them.
He promised to change their minds and spirit to a point of worshiping Him in the wilderness.
Moses had a deal with God.
The deal was “Let Your Presence not leave me.”
The deal was not “Make me reach Canaan.”
This was never his prayer item. For Canaan was a promised land and not a reward.
Paul and Silas held a feast unto God in prison and worshiped Him. What Satan calls wilderness cannot be a wilderness for the spirit man. The destination for spirit man is just in Christ.
And this is on the right hand side of the Father.
Moses sat on the right hand side of the Father in wilderness.
What is your wilderness this morning?
Pray like Moses until the wilderness disappears before your spirit man. Exodus 33:15-16
And he said unto him, If thy presence go not [with me], carry us not up hence.
For wherein shall it be known here that I and thy people have found grace in thy sight? [is it] not in that thou goest with us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the people that [are] upon the face of the earth.
This is the Wilderness prayer: Lord I need Your Presence.
You don’t pray and say: Lord with or without you I am going to Canaan.
