For many years I struggled to bring vocabulary that will not be offensive to immature anointed leaders who have many followers behind them.
I also struggled with the cure to this growing phenomenon especially in Africa. Poverty has made us to follow anyone with power including a child. We go to an extent of calling that child Papa.
Well Paul confronted this spirit head on at Corinth; these are his concluding remarks on this subject:
1 Corinthians 13:9-11
For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
Finally it dawned on me: Anointed Children! It does not matter how big the churches and how big the anointing; one thing you can’t miss from a child is how he speaks; how he thinks and how he understands.
We shall continue on this subject.
