Prophet Ham Session 3 – Grace Abused

Genesis 6:1-8
1. And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
2.That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they [were] fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
3. And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also [is] flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
4. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare [children] to them, the same [became] mighty men which [were] of old, men of renown.
5. And GOD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every imagination of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually.
6. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

Matthew 24:36-37
But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

We are exploring the life of Ham and we have given him the title Prophet Ham. Prophet Ham received grace in the sight of God through his father Prophet Noah.

In the days of Prophet Noah there was Grace just as we have in our days. Prophet Ham received positional (imputed) righteousness because of his father and he survived the floods. After the floods he failed through his practical righteousness; the same that made all others to be taken by waters.

Today we have many Prophet Hams who found grace through Jesus Christ. They continue to find grace through their spiritual fathers.

When Prophet Ham gave a prophecy that exposed his father’s nakedness he moved out of the grace given to the Great Patriach who later became naked. The fact that Noah became naked did not make grace to move away from him. However the Prophet’s son who assumed that grace moved away from his father; took that opportunity to establish his righteousness over the foundation of his father’s weakness. As a result he fell out of grace.

Today we have abused grace in the same manner that Prophet Ham abused the grace upon his father. For this reason our ministries are failing.

Lord examine our hearts for the days of Noah are upon us.

Prophet Ham Session 2

Matthew 24:36-37
But of that day and hour knoweth no [man], no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Noah’s name appears 47 times in the bible and that of Moses 833 times. Noah died at the age 900 while Moses died at the age 120.

If Noah was given the time to write the Bible we would understand why the coming of Jesus chose His days as a template than those of Moses.

Matthew 24 has 51 verses that explain the signs of the coming of Jesus but only one verse sums up all signs and that is “the days of Noah”. Bibliical scholars have taken a lot of pain to write many books about the wars and the signs in heavens but have neglected the verse that sums up all that the coming of Jesus contains.

If Noah lived for 900 years then his sons are expected to live a minimum 500 years. Now Prophet Ham could have lived 500 years but the deed of 30 minutes of his life has removed all the memories of his glorious 500 years in life.

He was blessed with longer life than many of us but the climax of his life is when he launches his ministry based on the nakedness of his father. Prophet Ham lived in glorious years of long life. This is sufficient proof that he lived a life of the highest quality.

Just as this event happened in the days of Noah so shall it be in our days of the coming of the Son of Man.

Our philosophy of life these days does not excuse any of us in making the nakedness of our fathers the launch pad of our political career; business or ministry.

If 500 years of quality life is erased by this act of Prophet Ham; how much more in us who have done much more than Prophet Ham?

Lord examine our sonship.

Prophet Ham Session 1

I received an instruction to write about this great Patriarch and Prophet who lived in ancient times of the Bible.
His name was Ham and was privileged to be among the family of those who found grace in the eyes of the Lord by virtue of being sons of Noah.

I call him Prophet Ham because in those days the gifts of the five fold ministry were not a title they were functional. His father Noah had prophetic abilities who were very natural in those days and were not considered as gift.

He held the highest Prophetic office on earth because he spoke face to face with God. His prophetic ability was inherited by his sons and therefore in today’s terms I will call them Prophet Shem; Prophet Ham and Prophet Japheth.

Genesis 6:8 But Noah found grace in the sight of the Lord. Which other person do you know of who out of the whole earth was singled out to be the only one who will find grace before God?

Gen 6: 13 And God said to Noah, the end of all flesh is come before me….” Do you notice that this was the highest prophet in history?

Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be.

Jesus has of all days chosen those of Noah as days that were prophetic to His second coming. Noah was not only a prophet of great note even all his days were prophetic. This means that all who lived in those days prophecied these days we live in in every way they lived.

We will therefore study the life of this prophetic family in the coming lessons and I believe you will find yourself in this series of coming lessons.
